MIZO

Mizo takes inspiration from corals. Sea fans grow with the movement of ocean currents, while brain corals develop their ridges over long periods of time. Mushroom corals, with their undulated forms, expand slowly as they grow. These natural forms show how time can become visible through texture, layers, and accumulation.

The light remains subtle and calm, reflecting the slow pace of coral growth. The work explores how time, growth, and accumulation can leave an imprint on form.
